Losing a pet brings two very different problems at the same time: finding words that sound like you, and working out what to actually make or print. These guides cover both, in short pieces you can read one at a time.

Everything here is written for the person who is doing this themselves, at home, in their own time. There is no account to create and nothing to publish. When a guide mentions PawBooth, it is usually just pointing at the free card maker so you can turn words and a photo into something you can hold.

The writing guides start from the idea that a short, honest line usually works better than a long tribute. The making guides cover the practical details: which photo to choose, how much text fits on a card, and how to print a keepsake that still looks calm on paper. If your pet is missing rather than gone, the lost pet section is about speed and clarity instead.
